1. General Overview Élite Pet Chauffeur specializes in premium, safe, and reliable transportation services for pets. We prioritize the comfort and well-being of your furry companions, providing an elevated experience and helping ease your busy schedule.

2. Eligibility

• All pets must have up-to-date rabies vaccinations and be free from contagious illnesses. Proof of vaccination may be requested prior to transportation.

• The pet owner or authorized individual must complete the required forms accurately, including any specific behavioral and handling instructions.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy

• Clients may book chauffeur services up to 12 hours in advance for added flexibility.

• For same-day bookings, availability is not guaranteed and will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change, but due to the exclusive nature of our services, the following policy applies:

• 48+ Hours Before Service

  • Full refund or free rescheduling.

• 24-48 Hours Before Service

  • 50% refund or a $50 rescheduling fee (whichever applies).

• Less Than 24 Hours Before Service

  • No refunds, and the full service fee will be charged.

Last-Minute Bookings (Within 48 Hours of Service)

• Bookings made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are final and non-refundable.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Transportation Policies

• Pick-up and Drop-off: Clients must ensure that pets are ready for pick-up at the agreed time. Late arrivals may result in additional wait time fees or rescheduling.

• Pet Safety: All pets will be secured using appropriate restraints during transportation. Owners are responsible for providing any specialized equipment (e.g., carriers, harnesses).

• Comfort and Well-being: Fresh water, ventilation, and regular comfort breaks will be provided as necessary. Pamper Bundles are available upon request and include luxury amenities tailored to your pet’s comfort, such as plush bedding, gourmet treats, and soothing music during transportation.

5. Owner Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Clients must provide truthful and accurate information about their pets, including temperament, rabies vaccination, medical conditions, and any special requirements.

• Behavioral Issues: Aggressive or uncontrollable pets may not be accepted for transport. Owners will be held liable for any damages caused by their pets to the vehicle, equipment, or personnel during transport. This includes, but is not limited to, scratching, biting, or damaging interior upholstery.

• Refusal of Service: Élite Pet Chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service if a pet poses a safety risk to the driver or other animals.

• Emergency Protocol: In case of an emergency, Élite Pet Chauffeur will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner. If unreachable, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense. Additional fees may apply.

6. Liability

• Limited Liability: While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of your pet, Élite Pet Chauffeur is not liable for unforeseeable events such as accidents, delays caused by traffic, or medical emergencies unrelated to the transport process.

• Damage to Property: Clients are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the vehicle or equipment during transport.

• Insurance: Clients should ensure their pets are covered under their personal insurance policies. Élite Pet Chauffeur’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We recommend that clients verify their own insurance coverage for potential incidents.

7. Confidentiality All client and pet information is handled with strict confidentiality. Your personal data will not be shared or sold to third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Amendments to Terms Élite Pet Chauffeur reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Travis County, Texas, or the appropriate jurisdiction where the service was performed, as determined by Élite Pet Chauffeur.
