What do I need to supply for my pet, for transportation? - Dog Harness - Collar with ID tags - Leash - Crate (If You Are Not Present for the Pickup) - Pet bed (For Extra Comfort if Desired)

What if I’m not home when you arrive? We kindly recommend being available at the time of our arrival to ensure a seamless handoff. If this is not possible, we ask that your pet be securely placed in a crate with access to your residence provided. Rest assured, you will receive an estimated arrival time and a notification as we approach, allowing you plenty of time to make any necessary arrangements.

Can you transport multiple pets from my family? In most cases, yes! We’re happy to accommodate families with multiple pets, though a few details will help us ensure the best experience.

Is there a discount for transporting multiple pets to the same location? A surcharge will apply for each additional pet transported to the same location. Please fill out our first time client instant quote form.

Do you accept checks or cash? You are able to make payments using Credit/Debit Cards, ACH, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do I need to provide proof of my pet’s rabies vaccination before transportation? To ensure a safe and healthy journey for all pets in our care and drivers, we require proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination before providing transportation services. Please provide a copy of your pet’s rabies vaccination certificate prior to your scheduled appointment. This helps us comply with Texas regulations and keeps your beloved companion safe on every journey.
